Therapy for Individuals
In therapy, we create space to gently explore and untangle those layers, allowing the innate peace and clarity of the authentic self to emerge. If you’re feeling called to make sense of your inner world, individual therapy can be a powerful and supportive next step.
When we connect with our authentic self, we begin to understand ourselves—and others—more clearly. Life experiences can cloud our sense of who we are.
Book a Free Consultation
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free consultation so we can get a sense of how we might work together.
Your First Session
In our early sessions, we’ll explore your story—your history, patterns, and emotional landscape —tracing the experiences that have shaped your sense of self. From there, we’ll chart a path forward that supports your healing, growth, and sense of wholeness.
In-Depth Therapy
I offer therapy as a space of discovery and integration– a supportive and dynamic space where you can uncover the threads that weave your story, and access your inner wisdom and creativity. Together, we’ll explore the places where you feel stuck or in pain—working toward healing, greater freedom, and the return of your innate joy.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your medical and mental health care. Under federal law, healthcare providers are required to provide patients—who either don’t have insurance or are choosing not to use it—with an estimate of the anticipated charges for services, including psychotherapy. This estimate should reflect the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You’re entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate from any provider before scheduling care. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. Be sure to keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. To learn more about your rights under this law, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
